Our Chinese partner school, the No17 Middle School in Baoding, made another visit to us recently in a 3 day trip forming part of their UK adventure.
The group arrived on Tuesday 9th July and were buddied up with Huntcliff students, who took them to their afternoon lessons. Wednesday 10th July included further lesson time with an afternoon consisting of a task in which all students, buddies, and some Year 5 pupils from Saltburn Primary produced posters showing the differences between British and Chinese culture. This was a lovely opportunity for all young people to work together and spend time learning about each other’s cultures, and for Saltburn and Huntcliff to collaborate. Today the group has joined new Year 9 students at Beamish in County Durham. Their next stop is London!!
